If you’re feeling too tired to take the children places or do a lot of activity, invest in a building set. My little girls can spend hours playing with their “cities” and “playlands”. Sometimes there’s nothing like a good old pencil and sketchpad to keep kids occupied and having fun! Simple times drawing at the kitchen table will be remembered and enjoyed again and again. Whatever fun activities you decide to do while spending time with your grandchildren, make it very special for them. These will be times that they will treasure for a lifetime. Each memory will live in their hearts as it does in yours.
